What is MyLoneStar Email and How to Use it?

MyLoneStar email is the official student electronic mail account that Lone Star College uses. It’s a web-based service that helps students manage their email and manage classes. It includes a fully functional email system, although it does not include the email addresses of classmates. If you’re a new student at Lone Star College, you’ll have to login to your myLoneStar portal in order to get an account. On the student homepage, select the Student Tile and click on “Manage Classes.”

Your email address is case-sensitive, but your username and password are not. Your password is case-insensitive. If you have any problems, you can contact our OTS (On-Task Support) at any time. We have an OTS (on-call technical support) service that is available 24 hours a day to fix your email issues. You can also log into your account and use your email account to send and receive emails.

Once you’re on the Manage Class page, click on the Manage My Classes link. Here, you can change your name from your D2L account to your preferred one. To change your D2L name, you must be a new student at Lone Star.

How to Create a MyLoneStar EDU Account

You will need a myLoneStar edu account in order to access your course records and manage your enrollment. To create an account, first, click on the “Student” tile on the Student Homepage. From there, you can select the appropriate radio button and click “Next”. Alternatively, you can select “Return to Keyword Search Page” to return to your previous location. To log in using your current credentials, use the official links to the website.

The official college email is myLonestar. This system is very reliable. You can email anyone through this account. You don’t have to keep classmates’ email addresses in your contacts, as your username is your actual email address. The only downside is that you can’t contact your classmates’ friends. The good news is that you can change the default email settings in your account to a new one if you want to.
